1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Alan SEO Company (alanseocompany.com) or purchasing any digital service, SEO package, or technical audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are ordering on behalf of an enterprise or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Scope of SEO Services & Deliverables

Alan SEO Company provides curated, white-hat search engine optimization services including contextual backlinks, high-authority guest post publications, PBN placements, technical audits, and link profile cleanup.

  • Deliverable Specifications: Each service listing specifies metric criteria (e.g., Domain Authority [DA], Domain Rating [DR], minimum organic traffic, and indexing standards). We guarantee that delivered placements meet or exceed the stated listing benchmarks.
  • Turnaround Time (TAT): Orders indicate estimated delivery timeframes (typically 3 to 14 business days depending on package tier). Time begins once complete target requirements (URL, anchor texts, keywords) have been submitted by the client.
  • Proof of Delivery: Upon completion, every order includes an unbranded, downloadable report (Google Sheet / Excel) containing live backlink URLs, anchor texts, and domain metrics.

3. Search Engine Rankings & Disclaimer

While our link-building strategies and technical optimization follow modern search quality guidelines, organic search rankings are subject to Google algorithm revisions, competition fluctuations, on-page site quality, and external factors beyond anyone's direct control. Consequently, we guarantee the exact publication and metric delivery of purchased placements, but do not promise guaranteed #1 ranking positions or specific revenue outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities & Content Standards

Clients are responsible for providing valid website URLs and compliant anchor texts. We reserve the right to decline or request modifications for orders targeting illegal niches, adult/illicit content, hate speech, or malicious software. In such cases, orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

5. Replacements, Revisions & Refund Policy

We stand firmly behind the durability and quality of our SEO deliverables:

  • Link Replacement Warranty: In the rare event that an editorial backlink drops or is removed within 180 days of delivery, our team will replace it with an equivalent or higher-metric domain free of charge.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order and receive a 100% full refund at any time prior to campaign outreach and link placement commencement.
  • Disputes & Resolution: If a deliverable fails to conform to the agreed package specification, contact our team immediately via in-app chat or support@alanseocompany.com for prompt correction or refund.

6. Modifications to Terms

Alan SEO Company reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect evolving search practices and regulatory obligations. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
